Eileen Moore, 78

Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother

 

Westminster-Eileen E. (Beauregard) Moore, 78, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side.

   Eileen was born in Coventry, RI on September 24, 1942, a daughter of the late Arthur and Delvina (Bonin) Beauregard. 

   Eileen will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Allan Moore; four children, Jeffrey Moore and his wife Tammy of Princeton, Jennifer Boivin and her husband Ronald of Ashburnham, Jon Moore of Westminster and Joanne Kotoski of Hubbardston; one sister, Jeanne Beauregard of Los Angeles; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

   Eileen was predeceased by five siblings; Gloria Marcotte, Claire Gauthier, Florence Crabtree, Arthur Beauregard and Alice Broadus.

   Eileen was an LPN graduate of the Practical Nurse Program at Monty Tech. She was a dedicated nurse at Burbank Hospital until her retirement 15 years ago.  She took great pride in being able to care for so many people throughout her career.  Eileen was an avid cook and baker. She could always be found baking cakes or cookies.  She enjoyed attending yoga classes at Mount Wachusett Community College, gardening and being outside in her yard.   Eileen was a talented clothes shopper. She always found the most amazing deals on stylish and fashionable clothes.  Above all else Eileen loved her family. Her most fond memories were of all the times she spent with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She cherished her time with them above anything else.

   Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday September 10, 2021, from 5-7pm in the Westminster Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Homes, 123 Main St. Westminster.  Her funeral will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 11:00am in St. Edward the Confessor Church, 10 Church St. Westminster. Please go directly to the church. There is no burial.

  In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial contributions be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund P.O. Box 849168 Boston, MA 02284-9168 or Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center 275 Nichols Road, Fitchburg, MA 01420.
