John
On behalf of the entire Gallo family, I wanted to take a few minutes to send a note of thanks to you for all your efforts during the recent passing of Aunt Mary. On a business level I commend you for the expert coordination and attention to detail throughout the Wake and Funeral. Things could not have worked more smoothly. The professionalism displayed by your entire team was recognized and well received. Please pass our gratitude on to your entire staff for making us as comfortable as possible. On a personal level, I want to thank you for the "special" attention given to this family. Allowing us the freedom to dress up the viewing room and the support and encouragement you showed us was very much appreciated. Your cordial approach throughout the process certainly helped take some of the edge off and always difficult event. You went well beyond every effort to make things as perfect as possible and for that we will always be grateful. We consider you an extension of our family and will always remember you're helping hand in giving Aunt Mary an appropriate as well as memorable send off.
Many Thanks…The Gallo Family |

I received the map you sent me which shows the location of my grandparent's graves in Laurel Hill Cemetery. I certainly appreciate your help. It is so unusual to receive this kind of service today, especially since our family used a facility you did not even own at the time of my grandparent's deaths. I am at the age where friends are dealing with their parents deaths and have had terrible service from large Corporate Funeral owned facilities, because of their monopoly in many large cities. You have provided the kind of service to me, everyone in the service industry learn from. I have worked for Hilton Hotels almost 25 years and our business is service, but we encounter many hurdles in delivering the kind of service you provided for me. You went the extra mile to help.

Words could never express how grateful we are that my husband made his Funeral arrangements with Masciarelli Family Funeral Homes. For my very first Funeral experience, and of course, our children, you and your staff made it so we barely had to blink. You and your staff are extraordinary people.
Thank So Much, Roberta and Family |

When I first sat with you to discuss the arrangements for my father, I was unsure if you were actually as good as you sounded or if you were just sounding. But, the proof is in the pudding so to speak and you and you staff are exactly what you profess to be, Excellent! Any concerns I had about how to do all that had to be done were quickly put to rest by you and your staff. My family and I send our deepest thanks for all you did to make this loss easier to bear.
Sincerely, the Darcy Family |
John,
It seems that for as long as I can remember, anytime my family has had to deal with grief, you have always been there providing help and support. There is a world of difference between a mutually beneficial business transaction and a compassionate, understanding exchange of information and services. Thank you for your balance between business and personal problems.
Sincerely, John Rogers |

Thank you again for everything you and your wonderful staff have done for us!! We certainly appreciate the comfort and understanding of Walter Taylor, the Funeral Director that served us in the Westminster Chapel of the Sawyer-Miller-Masciarelli Funeral Home. He and the rest of your staff were outstanding as is your beautiful Funeral Home in Westminster. It fits right into that town. We would recommend your Funeral Services to everyone!

John and Mike,
Just a little note to thank you both for giving our confirmation class some of your precious time again this year. Deacon John and I were very impressed with your presentation involving Funerals and everything that it entails. You both were honest and realistic, and most informational. We have watched you Business grow over the years and now we no why. We have received very positive feedback form students and parents. They all feel that this is an invaluable experience for their teenagers. This experience and information will be something they can use in their futures, because death is a part of life, and it might make a difficult time a little easier for them because they understand the process a little better. Again thank you and we look forward to next year's class.
Sincerely, Monsignor Richard Collette Deacon John Aliskevicz |
John, Mike and Walter,
We would like to thank you so much for your recent wonderful service for our loved one. It was just lovely! The little things meant so much to us. Everything was taken care of from the time you took are coats as we entered, and always checking on us to see if everything was OK at the wake. The Funeral Home décor was so elegant, the music, warmth, the soft and toasty lighting, atmosphere, and the arrangement of flowers around the casket was splendid. Last but not least, was your gentleness and feeling of comfort that you all portrayed? My mother was so beautiful in her pink dress and her fingernails were painted to match with earrings and pin. You made her look so lovely. We sincerely thank you and are truly appreciative of all that you did.
