It is so unusual to receive this kind of service today, especially since our family used a facility you did not even own at the time of my grandparent's deaths. I am at the age where friends are dealing with their parents deaths and have had terrible service from large Corporate Funeral owned facilities, because of their monopoly in many large cities. You have provided the kind of service to me, everyone in the service industry learn from. John When I first sat with you to discuss the arrangements for my father, I was unsure if you were actually as good as you sounded or if you were just sounding. The little things meant so much to us. Everything was taken care of from the time you took are coats as we entered, and always checking on us to see if everything was OK at the wake. The Funeral Home décor was so elegant, the music, warmth, the soft and toasty lighting, atmosphere, and the arrangement of flowers around the casket was splendid. Last but not least, was your gentleness and feeling of comfort that you all portrayed? My mother was so beautiful in her pink dress and her fingernails were painted to match with earrings and pin.
